Shipping is carried out within 1–3 days after receipt of payment, provided the ordered items are in stock.

For personalised jewellery, the delivery time is approx. 7–14 days. Please note that the current delivery time for personalised products may be longer in individual cases.

Shipping is carried out exclusively with DHL or DPD.
You will receive the tracking number via the email address or telephone number you provided with your order.
