The following cancellation policy applies exclusively to consumers (see section 1 of the terms and conditions).

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Kardelen, Bahnhofstraße 10, 45701 Herten; email address: kardelen@mail.de, by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Send your notice of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of all returns. The customer must also include a note and the delivery note/invoice with the return.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market which are beyond the control of the entrepreneur and which may occur within the withdrawal period.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who are not citizens of a Member State of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract.

According to § 312g paragraph 2 no. 3 BGB, we cannot accept earrings for hygienic reasons, therefore a cancellation is excluded.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

– for the delivery of earrings (for hygienic reasons)

– for the delivery of personalized products

– Products that are on sale, especially products listed in the category "925 silver jewelry up to 9.90".

The following items are still excluded from returns:

• Vouchers
• Individual components of a set
• Gift boxes

The right of withdrawal may expire.

– for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery,

– for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature
